We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. 
• In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs.

Requirements:

• 2 – 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related HR functions
• Proven experience sourcing and hiring across multiple roles and levels in the oil and gas industry
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social media recruitment
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize effectively.
