Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and operationally elite Multi-Unit Supervisor to anchor our luxury lifestyle hub on the Lagos Island (Lekki, VI, Ajah). In a multi-sector environment, success is defined by "Experience Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize the high-energy service of a rooftop lounge and restaurant with the clinical precision and aesthetic calm required for a premium beauty studio. This role is designed for an "Operational Architect" with 4–7 years of supervisory experience who can blend "Hospitality Grit" (managing opening/closing and staff productivity) with the "Strategic Agility" required to drive sales and upsell services across diverse business units.
Requirements:
1. Multi-Unit Orchestration & Workflow Governance
Cross-Functional Sovereignty: Supervise and coordinate daily activities across the lounge, restaurant, and beauty studio, ensuring every department acts as a "Source of Quality."
Opening/Closing Architecture: Oversee millimetric opening and closing procedures, ensuring the business is "Audit-Ready" and operationally sound at all hours.
Environmental Stewardship: Maintain an environment that is clean, organized, and aesthetically appealing, ensuring the "Source of Luxury" is felt by every client upon entry.
2. Talent Evolution & Performance Logic
Team Sovereignty: Monitor staff performance, attendance, and overall productivity with clinical attention to detail, fostering a "High-Performance" culture.
Human Capital Support: Lead the "Talent Lifecycle"—supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training—to ensure every new hire is synchronously aligned with the brand's standards.
Leadership Power: Provide high-stakes mentorship and direction, managing different business units effectively under the pressure of a fast-paced island environment.
3. Client Diplomacy & Fiscal Architecture
Service Sovereignty: Ensure exceptional customer service delivery, acting as the primary "Source of Resolution" for escalated issues and customer complaints.
Inventory Intelligence: Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to avoid stockouts or surpluses, maintaining the "Fiscal Health" of the business.
Revenue Logic: Drive sales through excellent service delivery and strategic upselling, ensuring that client interactions translate into "Bottom-Line Growth."
Compliance Stewardship: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards across all hospitality and beauty touchpoints.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: 4–7 years of robust experience in a supervisory role within hospitality, restaurants, or the beauty industry.
Sector Savvy: Experience managing a multi-service business (e.g., restaurant + salon) is a significant strategic advantage.
Location: Must reside on the Lagos Island (Lekki, Ajah, Victoria Island) or nearby areas for logistical agility.
