Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, maintaining high food quality and hygiene standards, and driving business profitability.

Requirements:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate team members.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the ordering of food, beverages, and supplies.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Prepare operational and financial reports for management.
• Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and maintained to a high standard.
• Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Good financial and inventory management skills.
• Ability to  work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant point-of-sale (POS) systems is an added advantage.
