We're seeking an experienced Traffic/Data Entry Officerto join our Logistics department and contribute to our continued success.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• As a Store Keeper, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the inventory of componet parts /materials,in our warehouse.
• You will ensure that all items are properly tagged, stored, handled, and dispatched in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and store materials, work-in-progress, and component partsin accordance with company procedures.
• Stock Control: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, track stock movements, and ensure that stock levels are within authorized limits.
• Warehouse Organization: Ensure that the warehouse is organized, clean, and safe, with clear labeling and signage.
• Issue and Dispatch: Issue materials and goods to production teams and dispatch finished goods to customers in accordance with company procedures.
• Stock Audits: Participate in regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company, preferably in logistics or supply chain management.
• Proven track record of effective inventory management and stock control.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Physical ability to work in a warehouse environment, including lifting and moving heavy objects.
