Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and technically elite Software Engineer to anchor the development engine of our Port Harcourt operations. In a specialized digital landscape where organizational momentum is dictated by the speed of deployment and the precision of the codebase success is defined by "System Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize user requirements with the clinical precision required for Optimization, Technical Documentation, and Cross-Functional Collaboration. This role is designed for a "Digital Architect" with a Computer Science degree who can blend "Algorithmic Grit" (debugging and troubleshooting complex systems) with the "Strategic Agility" required to design scalable applications using C++, Java, or Node.js.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Development Governance

• Design Sovereignty: Design and code software applications and systems with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Digital Innovation."

• Optimization Architecture: Improve existing software for better performance, speed, and scalability, providing the "Structural Foundation" for long-term system health.

• Integrity Stewardship: Create comprehensive technical documentation for software designs and user manuals, ensuring the "Source of Knowledge Continuity" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Maintenance Logic

• Stability Sovereignty: Debug, test, and troubleshoot systems to ensure high quality and security, acting as the primary "Source of System Reliability."

• Collaboration Architecture: Work with cross-functional teams to translate user requirements into technical specs, providing the "Functional Foundation" for product-market fit.

• Version Stewardship: Utilize Git and Version Control protocols to manage codebase changes, maintaining the "Source of Collaborative Integrity."

3. Operational Integrity & Full-Stack Power

• Language Sovereignty: Utilize proficiency in C++, C# .NET, Java, Python, or Node.js, acting as the primary "Source of Multi-Stack Execution."

• Data Architecture: Manage and optimize SQL, PL/SQL, MySQL, or NoSQL databases, providing the "Relational Foundation" for data-driven applications.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize Agile Methodologies and API knowledge to resolve development roadblocks in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Engineering Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Programming Mastery: Proficiency in C++, C# .NET, Java, Python, JavaScript, and Node.js.

• Technical Power: Strong skills in Database Management (SQL/NoSQL) and Operating Systems (Linux/Windows).

• Tools: Hands-on experience with Git, IDEs, and APIs.
