Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and highly skilled Full-Stack Software Developer to build and maintain high-performance web applications. This role is perfect for a seasoned developer who excels in both front-end and back-end technologies. You will be a key player in our digital strategy, transforming complex business needs into scalable, elegant technical solutions that drive our service delivery forward.

Requirements:

• End-to-End Development: Design, test, and deploy scalable web applications using modern frameworks and clean code practices.

• Frontend & Backend Mastery: Build responsive interfaces using React or Vue.js and robust server-side logic using Node.js, Python, or PHP.

• API & Integration: Develop RESTful APIs and handle third-party integrations, including payment gateways and external data sources.

• Automation: Create efficient business automation solutions specifically using the Microsoft Power Platform.

• Database Management: Architect and maintain both relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases.

• Security & Performance: Implement advanced security protocols (JWT/OAuth) and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

• Collaboration: Work within an Agile environment, partnering with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to deliver top-tier products.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT (required). A Master’s degree is a plus.

• Experience: 5–7 years of hands-on full-stack development with a track record of successful project delivery.

• Technical Stack:

  • Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, or Vue.js.

  • Backend: Node.js, Python (Django/FastAPI), or PHP (Laravel).

  • Tools: Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Certifications: Professional certifications in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud are highly preferred.

• Architecture: Strong grasp of MVC, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
