Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy IT Intern to support the school’s IT department. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining computer systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting staff and students with basic IT needs. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in an educational environment.

Requirements:

• Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Provide basic technical support to staff and students.
• Help install and update software and applications.
• Support the management of the school’s network and internet connectivity.
• Assist with maintaining IT inventory and documentation.
• Support the setup of projectors, smart boards, and other classroom technology when required.
• Perform other IT-related duties as assigned by the IT Administrator.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Fresh graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic networking concepts.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
