Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and creatively agile Social Media Manager to anchor the digital presence of our entertainment and events brand in Opebi, Lagos. In the "Attention Economy," success is defined by "Narrative Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize real-time event coverage with the clinical precision required for content scheduling, audience analytics, and community management. This role is designed for a "Digital Architect" with up to 2 years of experience who can blend "Creative Grit" (reels, video editing, and basic design) with the "Operational Agility" required to manage live event updates and paid ad campaigns.
Requirements:
1. Content Orchestration & Narrative Engineering
Strategy Synchronization: Develop and implement high-fidelity social media strategies tailored specifically to the high-energy events and entertainment sector.
Multi-Format Production: Create and schedule engaging content—including event highlights, behind-the-scenes (BTS) footage, and live coverage—to ensure a constant "Source of Choice" for our audience.
Visual Excellence: Stay updated on high-speed content trends, utilizing basic video editing and graphic design to produce reels and posts that stop the scroll.
2. Community Governance & Brand Diplomacy
Engagement Sovereignty: Manage and grow the company’s presence across all relevant platforms, acting as the primary point of contact for messages, comments, and client inquiries.
Integrity Stewardship: Maintain absolute brand integrity when handling feedback or complaints, ensuring professional and prompt resolution of all digital interactions.
Live Event Synergy: Collaborate synchronously with the event team to provide real-time content updates, ensuring the digital audience feels the "Velocity of the Event" as it happens.
3. Analytics & Growth Architecture
Performance Reporting: Track and analyze platform metrics with millimetric precision, providing regular reports and actionable insights to improve future campaign ROI.
Calendar Stewardship: Plan and manage content calendars to ensure "Zero-Gap" posting consistency and peak audience engagement.
Paid Media Support: Assist in the execution of paid social media ads to expand reach and drive high-fidelity lead generation for upcoming events.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Mass Comm, Marketing, or Creative Arts).
Experience: Maximum of 2 years of robust experience in social media or digital marketing.
Technical Savvy: Basic proficiency in video editing styles, graphic design tools, and paid ad platforms.
