Job Description:
We are seeking a smart, creative, and strategically elite Social Media Manager to anchor the digital engine of the Best Auto Dealership in Lagos. In the high-stakes automotive sector, success is defined by "Digital Narrative Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-fidelity visual content with the clinical precision required for audience engagement, lead conversion, and consistent brand messaging. This role is designed for a "Brand Architect" with proven experience in managing business accounts who can blend "Creative Grit" (capturing high-quality automotive photography) with the "Technical Agility" required to manage CMS platforms and social media analytics.
Requirements:
1. Content Orchestration & Platform Governance
Platform Sovereignty: Lead the growth and management of multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok), ensuring every post acts as a "Source of Brand Authority."
Creation Architecture: Plan, create, and publish engaging automotive content regularly, providing the "Visual Foundation" for the dealership's digital identity.
Photography Stewardship: Capture high-fidelity photos of inventory and projects, acting as the primary "Source of Visual Content" for social media and the company website.
2. Engagement Resilience & Analytics Logic
Community Sovereignty: Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions with professional poise, acting as the "Source of Responsive Customer Service."
Analytics Architecture: Track performance using high-fidelity insights and data, providing the "Analytical Foundation" to refine messaging and identify growth opportunities.
Trend Stewardship: Stay updated with platform changes and digital trends with clinical focus, ensuring the brand remains a "Source of Innovation" in the automotive space.
3. Strategic Integrity & Marketing Power
Campaign Sovereignty: Assist in planning high-impact digital campaigns and marketing strategies, acting as the "Source of Lead Generation."
CMS Architecture: Upload and manage content on the Fredaghe Autowheels website when necessary, ensuring "Zero-Friction" between social media activity and the official web portal.
Collaboration Logic: Work closely with internal teams to maintain consistent brand messaging, utilizing strong organizational skills to optimize the "Source of Operational Command."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business; automotive sector experience is a significant strategic advantage.
Technical Mastery: Strong understanding of Social Media Growth Strategies and basic knowledge of CMS/Website Content Management.
Visual Skills: Ability to take high-quality photos for social media content.
