Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Marketing & Social Media Officer to anchor the growth engine of COURE. In the fast-evolving technology and corporate advisory landscape, success is defined by "Brand Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-impact digital storytelling with the clinical precision required for Market Research, Paid Meta/LinkedIn Advertising, and Lead Acquisition. This role is designed for a "Communication Architect" with 2–4 years of experience who can blend "Creative Grit" (copywriting and video editing) with the "Analytical Agility" required to interpret Google Analytics and translate data into actionable revenue strategies.
Requirements:
1. Narrative Orchestration & Campaign Governance
Campaign Sovereignty: Develop and manage marketing and social media campaigns aligned with business development goals, acting as the primary "Source of Market Penetration."
Identity Architecture: Manage company accounts to ensure the brand voice and identity are consistently represented, providing the "Structural Foundation" for institutional trust.
Collateral Stewardship: Support the Business Development team with high-fidelity marketing materials and client engagement initiatives, ensuring the "Source of Sales Tools" is elite.
2. Growth Resilience & Performance Logic
Advertising Sovereignty: Execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Instagram and LinkedIn, acting as the primary "Source of Customer Acquisition."
Metric Architecture: Monitor and analyze social media performance and Google Analytics, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for periodic effectiveness reports.
Research Stewardship: Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities, maintaining the "Source of Strategic Advantage."
3. Integration Integrity & Event Power
Cross-Functional Sovereignty: Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to align marketing strategies with organizational objectives, acting as the primary "Source of Internal Synergy."
Event Architecture: Plan and execute online/offline promotional events and product launches with clinical focus, optimizing the "Source of Brand Awareness."
Content Logic: Create engaging multi-format content (text, graphics, video) for the website and social platforms, utilizing 2–4 years of digital expertise to maximize the "Source of Audience Growth."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing and social media management, ideally within a corporate or technology-driven environment.
Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Paid Ads (Meta/LinkedIn), and content creation tools (video/graphic editing).
