Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of technology solutions that support port and terminal operations.
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building scalable systems, integrating enterprise platforms, and driving digital transformation initiatives within logistics, maritime, or heavy operations environments.
Requirements:
- Must have at least a Bachelor’s degree (minimum of 2nd Class Upper) or HND (Upper Credit) in any of the following
- Computer Science
- Computer software/Computer Systems Engineering
- Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Information Systems
- Information Technology
Experience:
- Should have at least 10 years of relevant experience in Software development and a strong set of programming skills.
Required skills and knowledge:
- ASP.NET in VB.NET WCF language
- HTML, CSS, and JavaScript / JQuery
- XML, JSON
- Excellent knowledge of SQL Server queries and T-SQL programming
- Quick troubleshooting abilities
- Document application process for future maintenance and upgrades
Other preferences:
- Web services .NET knowledge
- Knowledge of Team Foundation Server (client side)
