Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Senior Social Media Manager to anchor the strategic engine of Lamlan Digital Solutions. In a specialized digital landscape where market dominance is dictated by the speed of the algorithm and the precision of the conversion funnel success is defined by "Strategic Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize creative storytelling with the clinical precision required for Performance Advertising, SEO Integration, and Multi-Platform Governance. This role is designed for a "Strategic Architect" with a B.Sc/BA and 5–7 years of experience (including 3+ years in a lead agency role) who can blend "Creative Grit" (storyboarding Reels and TikToks) with the "Technical Agility" required to manage high-budget campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Performance Governance
Advertising Sovereignty: Manage and optimize high-budget paid social campaigns with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of ROAS and Lead Generation."
Technical Architecture: Execute expert-level Meta Ads Manager setups, including Pixel, CAPI, and Retargeting, providing the "Structural Foundation" for data-fidelity in advertising.
Integrity Stewardship: Oversee brand sentiment and community management across diverse industries, ensuring the "Source of Professional Reputation" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Content Logic
Strategy Sovereignty: Develop multi-platform social strategies (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) that integrate with SEO/PPC, acting as the primary "Source of Cross-Channel Synergy."
Creative Architecture: Guide designers and videographers to produce high-performing "digital-first" content, providing the "Functional Foundation" for engagement and motion graphics.
Influencer Stewardship: Identify and manage strategic partnerships with Nigerian and international influencers, maintaining the "Source of Amplified Brand Reach."
3. Operational Integrity & Analytical Power
Reporting Sovereignty: Translate complex data from GA4 and Meta Business Suite into actionable reports, acting as the primary "Source of Stakeholder Clarity."
Market Architecture: Stay ahead of regional Nigerian trends to pivot strategies in real-time, providing the "Relational Foundation" for market relevance.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 5–7 years of agency expertise to resolve PR "fires" and negative sentiment in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Brand Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: B.Sc/BA in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 5 – 7 years in social media management (minimum 3 years in a senior/lead agency role).
Certifications: Facebook Blueprint or Google Ads certifications are highly preferred.
Technical Power: Expert knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Core Competencies
