We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Prospects new clients and assists them with the loan application.
• Improving the profitability ofthe  SME portfolio.
• Implementing field visits to SME clients
• Ensure the implementation of the marketing strategy within the SME section.
• Has the ability to analyse and interpret financial statements of the business in order to assess the repayment capacity and financial soundness of the borrower.
• Conducts loan appraisal and collects detailed information (personal, business, and guaranties)
• Prepares and executes loan contracts and arranges for the disbursement of loans in kind.
• Have good knowledge about the guidelines of the regulatory body and are able to prepare loan reports for internal and external use.
• Monitors the loan and follows up with the timely repayment of the loan.
• Display of sound knowledge in SME loan, PO financing, Bridge Financing, and other various loan products.
• Acquire and increase client base.
• Maintain and renew existing client network and professional relationships aligned with our company's goals.
• Constant monitoring and review of loan portfolios
• Developing growth strategies and plans
• Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
• Preparing of loan proposals for credit approval
• Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
• Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
• Following industry trends locally and internationally
• Reporting on successes and areas needing improvement.

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 4 - 10 years professional experience, preferably in the SME loan transactions.
• Organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Negotiation and internal relationship building
• Sound written and verbal English communication skills.
• Advanced Computer Skills (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Analysis and Reporting Skills
• Problem Solving and Decision Making
• Proven track record
• Service-oriented and client-focused
• A team player with strong communication and good interpersonal skills
• Has managed a team of SME Financing BDMs before.
