Job Description:

• We are seeking experienced Senior Sales Engineers to lead complex technical sales engagements and manage high-value projects while mentoring junior sales engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex technical sales cycles and strategic opportunities
• Engage senior-level clients and decision-makers
• Provide technical and commercial leadership in project delivery
• Mentor and guide Technical Sales Engineers
• Ensure successful deal closure and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical/industrial sales
• Proven leadership capability
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation expertise.
