Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Human Resources Officer to join our team. This is a critical leadership role responsible for shaping our HR strategy, fostering a positive workplace culture, and driving operational excellence across the organization.

Requirements:
Strategy & Operations
Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with our company objectives.
HR Leadership: Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and development opportunities.
Compliance: Ensure all company practices remain in strict compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Data & Insights: Prepare HR reports and provide clear, actionable insights to senior management regarding HR metrics and trends.
Talent & Performance
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end selection process to ensure we attract and hire the best talent.
Performance Management: Coordinate and manage appraisal systems, providing recommendations for growth and improvement.
Compensation & Benefits: Oversee benefits administration and payroll inputs, ensuring our compensation packages remain competitive in the market.
Employee Engagement & Development
Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions, resolving them with professionalism and fairness.
Engagement Initiatives: Lead programs that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
Learning & Development: Manage training programs that enhance employee skills and support long-term career growth.
Business Partnering: Provide guidance and support to line managers, acting as an HR advisor on complex people matters.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: 5–7 years of professional HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role within the FMCG sector.
Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certifications: Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is highly desirable and considered a strong advantage.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and regulatory compliance.
Soft Skills:
Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A proven ability to navigate complex employee relations issues with integrity.
The ability to thrive and remain effective in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Salary
