Pathfinder Consulting is seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and proactive Scholarship Career Coach to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will provide personalized, high-impact guidance to students and professionals aiming for international academic success. You will act as a strategic advisor, helping clients build compelling applications and navigate the complex transitions of global education and career planning.

Requirements:

Scholarship Coaching & Application Support

• Strategic Guidance: Identify global scholarship opportunities tailored to clients' academic profiles, financial needs, and career aspirations.

• Document Mastery: Provide expert editing and structuring support for critical application components, including Personal Statements, Essays, CVs, Study Plans, and Letters of Recommendation.

• Education & Training: Facilitate one-on-one coaching, webinars, and workshops to educate clients on funding sources and application timelines.

• Trend Monitoring: Maintain an up-to-date repository of global scholarship trends and deadlines (e.g., Chevening, Erasmus, Fulbright) to ensure timely and accurate advice.

Career Coaching & Personal Branding

• Profile Building: Support clients in optimizing their professional presence through LinkedIn optimization, CV restructuring, and personal branding strategies.

• Long-term Planning: Offer mentorship on academic progression and career decision-making aligned with their chosen scholarship paths.

• Accountability: Foster a culture of goal setting through regular follow-ups and high-level mentorship.

Community & Stakeholder Engagement

• Community Management: Moderate scholarship-focused forums to share resources, success stories, and real-time tips.

• Partnership Development: Collaborate with academic institutions and global scholarship bodies to foster new opportunities for clients.

• Representation: Represent Pathfinder Consulting at education expos, scholarship fairs, and virtual networking events.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Experience

• Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

• Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in career coaching, academic consulting, or specialized scholarship advisory services.

• Systems Knowledge: In-depth understanding of major international scholarship systems (e.g., Chevening, Erasmus, DAAD, Fulbright, Mastercard Foundation).

Technical & Professional Skills

• Writing Excellence: Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to help clients craft unique and persuasive narratives.

• Tech Proficiency: Savvy with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho), Google Workspace, and online collaboration platforms for virtual coaching.

• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple client timelines simultaneously with professionalism and precision.
