Job Description:
- The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, developing and maintaining relationships with our business-to-business (B2B) and Business to client (B2C) clients, and increasing sales revenue through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and convert potential B2B/B2C clients into long-term partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Understand client needs and present customized product or service solutions
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contract terms and manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND/BSc.
- 1 to 3 years of B2B/B2C sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities, stay updated on industry trends, and competitor activity.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Create accurate and updated monthly Sales reports.
