Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Customer Experience Associate to anchor the physical engine of Gents Standard in Mende, Maryland. In a specialized fashion landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the service and the precision of the fit success is defined by "Brand Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize traditional fashion expertise with the clinical precision required for Body Measurements, Inventory Tracking, and Client Follow-ups. This role is designed for a "Sartorial Architect", specifically a professional with 1 to 3 years of experience who can blend "Relational Grit" (welcoming walk-ins and guiding them based on occasion, tribe, and budget) with the "Operational Agility" required to maintain a Daily Sales Log and coordinate WhatsApp-based deliveries.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Presentation Governance

  • Sovereignty of Welcome: Attend to every walk-in customer with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of First Impressions."

  • Consultation Architecture: Guide customers based on occasion, tribe, and budget, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a confident purchase experience.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Maintain the studio’s cleanliness and visual appeal, ensuring the "Source of Brand Reputation" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Measurement Logic

  • Sartorial Sovereignty: Take accurate body measurements for tailored or fitted pieces, acting as the primary "Source of Product Fit."

  • Inventory Architecture: Manage and update daily stock levels and log new arrivals, providing the "Functional Foundation" for inventory integrity.

  • Delivery Stewardship: Coordinate pickups and customer follow-ups via WhatsApp, maintaining the "Source of Post-Purchase Satisfaction."

3. Operational Integrity & Commercial Power

  • Fiscal Sovereignty: Process sales transactions and maintain a daily log for the Founder, acting as the primary "Source of Transactional Truth."

  • Resolution Architecture: Handle customer complaints and after-sales issues professionally, providing the "Relational Foundation" for long-term loyalty.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize 1–3 years of retail experience to accelerate the "Welcome-to-Delivery" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Studio Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Minimum of OND / SSCE with strong communication skills.

  • Experience: 1 – 3 years in retail, fashion, or customer service (Fashion brand experience is a significant advantage).

  • Communication: Clear English; proficiency in Yoruba or Igbo is a strong advantage for the Maryland/Anthony environment.

  • Technical Power: Basic phone and WhatsApp skills for daily client communication.
