Job Description:

We are seeking a high-performing and professionally poised Sales Representative to anchor our showroom operations in Abuja. In the premium retail and building materials sector, success is defined by "Consultative Influence", the ability to guide walk-in clients, architects, and contractors through technical product selections that meet their project requirements. This role is designed for a "Commercial Strategist" with 2–3 years of experience who can blend "Showroom Excellence" with the "Analytical Rigor" required to manage stock levels and track market trends.

Your mission is to ensure "Peak Conversion Rates and Seamless Inventory Alignment." You will be the face of our brand: responsible for end-to-end sales cycles, from initial consultation and quotation to payment follow-up and relationship management. If you possess "Negotiation Mastery," proficiency in CRM systems, and the ability to build strategic networks with corporate clients, we want you to drive our market presence.

Requirements:

1. Consultative Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Expert Consultation: Provide professional product guidance to showroom walk-in clients, recommending solutions that align with their aesthetic and functional needs.

  • Target Achievement: Drive sales through disciplined follow-ups on inquiries and quotations to consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.

  • Business Development: Proactively generate new leads through field visits and by building strategic partnerships with contractors, architects, and corporate entities.

2. Inventory Governance & Showroom Management

  • Stock Stewardship: Monitor real-time stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability for pending orders.

  • Merchandising Excellence: Maintain an impeccable showroom display, ensuring that the environment is organized and reflects a premium brand standard.

  • Analytical Reporting: Evaluate sales figures, competitor activity, and market trends to provide data-driven insights for strategic growth.

3. Relationship Management & Data Integrity

  • CRM Sovereignty: Utilize CRM tools and digital platforms to maintain accurate sales records and track the customer journey from lead to payment.

  • Professional Diplomacy: Handle customer complaints with poise, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining the organization’s reputation for service excellence.

  • Reporting Fidelity: Prepare and submit comprehensive periodic sales and stock reports using Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2–3 years in retail sales or showroom management. (Experience in the building materials industry is a significant advantage).

  • Technical Mastery: High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and CRM software.
