We are currently deploying Fiber-to-the-Home Internet to several homes, estates, and residential buildings along our catchment areas.

Job Description:

We are seeking high-velocity and structurally elite Sales Marketers to anchor the acquisition engine of our telecommunications operations. In a specialized digital landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the connection and the precision of the deployment success is defined by "Subscriber Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize field marketing with the clinical precision required for Lead Generation, Needs Assessment, and Subscriber Conversion. This role is designed for a "Market Architect" specifically a driven professional with 0 to 2 years of experience who can blend "Commercial Grit" (door-to-door campaigns and field visits) with the "Technical Agility" required to execute Digital Marketing and Local Activations.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Market Governance

  • Sovereignty of the Lead: Identify customer needs and recommend high-fidelity FTTH internet packages, acting as the primary "Source of Subscriber Onboarding."

  • Promotion Architecture: Participate in promotional events and community engagement, providing the "Structural Foundation" for brand visibility and local dominance.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions, ensuring the "Source of Market Data" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Engagement Logic

  • Acquisition Sovereignty: Generate leads through field visits and digital marketing, acting as the primary "Source of Revenue Expansion."

  • Resolution Architecture: Follow up on prospects and close sales with high-velocity precision, providing the "Functional Foundation" for meeting growth targets.

  • Feedback Stewardship: Gather customer insights to improve service offerings, maintaining the "Source of Continuous Operational Refinement."

3. Operational Integrity & Influence Power

  • Relational Sovereignty: Utilize confidence and energy to approach people and build rapport, acting as the primary "Source of Brand Influence."

  • Field Architecture: Execute door-to-door campaigns and local activations, providing the "Relational Foundation" for community-level subscriber density.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize Basic Internet Service Knowledge to accelerate the "Inquiry-to-Installation" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Operational Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Minimum of OND or B.Sc. in any discipline.

  • Experience: 0 – 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement.

  • Technical Power: Basic understanding of internet services (FTTH) or a strong willingness to learn the technology.

  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal confidence, and high energy.
