Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Sales Manager to anchor the revenue engine of Clearer. In the rapidly evolving digital asset landscape, success is defined by "Stablecoin Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-volume crypto flows with the clinical precision required for B2B Treasury Management, Cross-Border Remittances, and HNI Liquidity Access. This role is designed for a "Liquidity Architect" with 6–10 years of experience in crypto, fintech, or OTC trading who can blend "Blockchain Grit" (negotiating spreads and transaction frameworks) with the "Institutional Agility" required to convert high-value leads into active, transacting clients.
Requirements:
1. Revenue Orchestration & Stablecoin Governance
Volume Sovereignty: Drive aggressive revenue growth through USDT and USDC transaction volumes, acting as the primary "Source of Liquidity Flow."
Cross-Border Architecture: Identify and unlock new use cases for stablecoins in remittances and treasury management, providing the "Structural Foundation" for global payment solutions.
Pipeline Stewardship: Build and manage a high-quality deal flow with millimetric focus on conversion metrics, ensuring the "Source of Sales Forecasting" is accurate and elite.
2. Conversion Resilience & Institutional Logic
Acquisition Sovereignty: Convert qualified B2B and HNI leads into active transacting clients, acting as the primary "Source of Asset Activation."
Deal Architecture: Lead end-to-end deal cycles from prospecting to closure, structuring agreements around pricing efficiency and OTC liquidity access.
Onboarding Stewardship: Collaborate with compliance and operations to ensure a "Zero-Friction" client experience, maintaining the "Source of Client Lifetime Value."
3. Partnership Integrity & Market Power
Liquidity Sovereignty: Establish and optimize strategic partnerships with market makers and crypto platforms, acting as the primary "Source of Competitive Spreads."
Intelligence Architecture: Monitor crypto market trends and regulatory developments, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for product enhancements and market positioning.
Leadership Logic: Mentor the sales team to foster a high-performance culture, utilizing 6–10 years of fintech expertise to maximize the "Source of Organizational Execution."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: 6–10 years in crypto, fintech, trading, or financial services sales.
Technical Mastery: Proven experience in Stablecoin transactions (USDT, USDC), OTC environments, and cross-border payment dynamics.
Core Competencies
Commercial Grit: Demonstrated ability to convert institutional leads into high-volume transacting clients.
