Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically minded B2B Sales Manager to anchor our offline revenue growth. In a competitive B2B landscape, success is defined by "Ecological Expansion", the ability to identify, pitch, and onboard business owners and operators who serve as force multipliers for our brand. This role is designed for a "Deal Architect" with 2–5 years of experience who can blend "Aggressive Prospecting" with the "Diplomatic Account Management" required to maintain long-term, profitable partnerships.

Your mission is to ensure "Market Penetration and Sustainable Channel Revenue." You will be the primary engine of our offline expansion: responsible for negotiating win-win sales agreements, ensuring partner ROI, and collaborating cross-functionally to align logistics and marketing for every deal. If you possess "Negotiation Grit," a proven track record in Retail/B2B Partnerships, and the ability to hit aggressive revenue quotas, we want you to drive our commercial dominance.

Requirements:

1. Prospecting & High-Stakes Pitching

  • Channel Expansion: Identify and engage high-potential business owners and operators to expand our offline footprint.

  • Value-Based Selling: Conduct persuasive pitches that articulate the clear ROI and profitability benefits for potential partners.

  • Lead Intelligence: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of B2B prospects through strategic networking and market research.

2. Deal Structuring & Negotiation

  • Win-Win Architecture: Negotiate sales agreements that balance deal profitability with the long-term success of the partner.

  • Contract Management: Oversee the legal and financial parameters of partnerships to ensure all terms align with company revenue targets.

  • Closing Velocity: Drive high-speed conversion of leads into active partners while maintaining the integrity of the sales process.

3. Account Management & Cross-Functional Synergy
