We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- Drive revenue growth by managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing transactions.
- This role involves working with both buyers and sellers to facilitate property transactions through the company's e-commerce platform.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle including lead qualification, needs assessment, property matching, and transaction closure
- Develop and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and real estate professionals
- Utilize the company's e-commerce platform to showcase properties and facilitate virtual tours and consultations
- Conduct market analysis to provide accurate property valuations and pricing recommendations
- Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, legal, and operations to ensure smooth transaction processes
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and closing documentation
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of local real estate market conditions, trends, and regulations
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities
- Generate referrals and repeat business through exceptional service delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields
- 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or high-value transactions
- Valid real estate license required (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and transaction processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems, real estate platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
