Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Sales and Marketing Manager to anchor the commercial engine of our Oil Palm operations in Lagos. In a specialized commodity landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the distribution-relay and the precision of the pricing-filter success is defined by "Market Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize local and international market navigation with the clinical precision required for Revenue Growth, Pricing Strategy, and Key Account Governance. This role is designed for a "Commercial Architect" a leader who can blend "Commodity Grit" (mastering market trends and supply chain synchronization) with the "Strategic Agility" required to execute High-Value Deal Closures and Long-Term Partner Acquisition.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Commercial Governance
Sovereignty of the Market: Lead the company’s commercial strategy, driving revenue growth and brand positioning, acting as the primary "Source of Commercial Authority."
Pricing Architecture: Oversee pricing strategies and market penetration tactics, providing the "Structural Foundation" for achieving competitive dominance in the oil palm sector.
Integrity Stewardship: Build and scale key accounts across local and international markets, ensuring the "Source of Customer Trust" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Transactional Logic
Revenue Sovereignty: Lead high-value negotiations to close deals, acting as the primary "Source of Deal Closure."
Strategy Architecture: Develop and execute promotional campaigns, providing the "Functional Foundation" for brand visibility and product demand.
Logistics Stewardship: Collaborate with production and logistics to ensure seamless order fulfillment, maintaining the "Source of Supply Chain Reliability."
3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power
Data Sovereignty: Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance analytics, acting as the primary "Source of Financial Clarity."
Leadership Architecture: Mentor and supervise the sales/marketing team, providing the "Relational Foundation" for a high-performance sales culture.

Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: BSc or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in Sales, Marketing, or Digital Marketing (CIM, NIMN, etc.).
Experience: Proven track record in a senior commercial role, ideally within the oils, fats, or agricultural commodities sector.
Technical Power: Mastery of commodity pricing models, market penetration tactics, and sales forecasting.
Aptitude: High capacity for negotiation, leadership, and analytical decision-making under performance-based pressure.
