Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary, results-oriented Head of Marketing to spearhead our brand growth and market expansion. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be the architect of our integrated marketing strategy, responsible for bridging the gap between digital innovation and traditional offline impact. We need a seasoned strategist who can own the full marketing lifecycle from high-level brand building and CRM-driven loyalty programs to granular e-commerce performance while leading and mentoring a high-performing team. If you are a commercial leader with a passion for driving ROI and a proven track record in the hospitality, FMCG, or retail sectors, we want you to take the helm of our marketing engine.

Requirements:

• Strategic Vision: Conceptualize and execute comprehensive marketing roadmaps, product initiatives, and integrated campaigns designed to scale brand equity and revenue.

• Omnichannel Performance: Take full ownership of our digital marketing ecosystem, CRM strategy, and e-commerce platforms. Drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty through data-backed initiatives.

• Budget & ROI Ownership: Manage the overarching marketing budget with a focus on accountability. Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to ensure maximum return on every marketing dollar.

• Market Growth & Activation: Lead local store marketing and high-impact new store launch campaigns. Cultivate strategic partnerships that broaden our reach and reinforce our market position.

• Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and inspire a talented marketing team. Ensure all outputs align with our brand standards while meeting aggressive business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of total marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.

• Sector Preference: Strong preference for candidates with experience in Hospitality, FMCG, or Retail.
