Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our Lagos-based real estate team. In the fast-paced property market, success is defined by a blend of strategic lead generation and the ability to close deals through expert site representation.
As an executive, you will not only be responsible for hitting aggressive sales targets but will also play a key role in conceptualizing the strategies that get us there. You will be the face of the brand, guiding prospects through their investment journey from the first touchpoint to the final site inspection. Requirements:
1. Lead Generation & Market Expansion
Prospecting: Constantly source new and viable clients through networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
Lead Management: Generate high-quality leads and maintain a rigorous follow-up system to ensure no prospect falls through the cracks.
Strategic Input: Actively contribute to the conceptualization of innovative marketing strategies to ensure targets are consistently exceeded.
2. Sales Execution & Site Advisory
Direct Selling: Take full responsibility for marketing and selling the company’s real estate products to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
Site Representation: Represent the company professionally during site inspections, acting as a trusted advisor to help clients visualize the value of the property.
Transaction Documentation: Draft relevant correspondence and legal documents to communicate company positions on new and existing client transactions.
3. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Target Alignment: Participate in setting realistic yet ambitious sales and marketing targets for the team.
Data-Driven Reporting: Provide detailed weekly and monthly reports on marketing activities, lead quality, and sales results.
Market Awareness: Monitor competitor activity and local real estate trends in Lagos to adjust sales pitches in real-time.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: BA/BSc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
Experience: 1–2 years of active experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the Real Estate sector.
Location: Must be available for Onsite work in Lagos and ready to represent the company at various project sites.
Core Competencies
Persuasion Mastery: Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a track record of closing deals.
Proactive Follow-up: High level of discipline in managing prospects and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Professional Writing: Ability to draft formal business correspondence and transaction documents with precision.
Analytical Skills: Capability to interpret sales data and contribute to broader marketing strategies.
