Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and technically literate Sales Agent to anchor the growth engine of Lamlan Digital Solutions. In a specialized digital landscape where market dominance is dictated by the speed of search visibility and the precision of paid-ad targeting success is defined by "Digital Revenue Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize a client's business goals with the clinical precision required for SEO, PPC, and Social Media Strategy. This role is designed for a "Growth Architect" with a Bachelor’s Degree and 2–7 years of experience who can blend "Commercial Grit" (identifying underperforming B2B prospects) with the "Strategic Agility" required to articulate complex KPIs like ROAS and CPC to non-technical business owners.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Prospecting Governance
Prospect Sovereignty: Identify and reach out to B2B prospects with underperforming online presences, acting as the primary "Source of New Revenue Streams."
Discovery Architecture: Conduct deep-dive discovery calls to map client pain points to Lamlan’s service suite, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a customized digital roadmap.
Integrity Stewardship: Ensure that all promises made during the sales process are technically achievable, ensuring the "Source of Agency Credibility" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Digital Logic
Solution Sovereignty: Pitch customized strategies spanning SEO, Content, Paid Ads, and Web Design, acting as the primary "Source of Strategic Value."
Articulation Architecture: Translate complex metrics (ROAS, CPC, Organic Rankings) into clear business outcomes, providing the "Functional Foundation" for client buy-in.
Collaboration Stewardship: Work closely with creative and technical teams to align client expectations with execution capacity, maintaining the "Source of Project Success."
3. Operational Integrity & Pipeline Power
Pipeline Sovereignty: Manage the full sales cycle from "cold lead" to "signed contract" using CRM tools, acting as the primary "Source of Sales Velocity."
Analytical Architecture: Identify "low-hanging fruit" opportunities on prospect websites and social media, providing the "Relational Foundation" for immediate value demonstration.
Velocity Logic: Utilize Digital Literacy (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing) to handle budget-related objections in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Commercial Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
Experience: 2 – 7 years of proven B2B sales experience (selling to SMBs or Corporate clients).
Digital Power: Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and the wider digital marketing ecosystem.
Technical Mastery: Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot/Salesforce) and Google Workspace.
