Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Relationship Officer to join our team in Apapa. In this role, you will be the face of our organization, responsible for building trust with our clients, understanding their financial needs, and driving business growth.

Requirements:

Client Acquisition & Growth

• Relationship Building: Proactively develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.

• Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients to expand our market share and customer base.

• Product Promotion: Market our full suite of financial products, including savings accounts, loans, investments, and digital banking solutions, tailored to meet individual client needs.

Service & Operational Excellence

• Financial Advisory: Provide professional, clear, and helpful advice to help customers achieve their financial goals.

• Issue Resolution: Act as a reliable point of contact to follow up on inquiries and resolve any customer issues promptly.

• Compliance: Ensure all activities are carried out in strict compliance with organizational policies, ethical standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.

• Reporting: Prepare and submit periodic performance and activity reports to management to track progress against your goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in banking, sales, or customer relationship management. (Experience in a financial services environment is a significant advantage).

• Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven negotiation and marketing abilities.

  • A target-driven mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure.

• Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other digital productivity tools.

• Professionalism: You possess a professional appearance, a positive attitude, and the ability to represent our brand with integrity at all times.
