Job Description:
- Concentrate on acquiring and managing retail clients while simultaneously promoting deposit mobilization and enhancing product sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new retail clients and grow the customer base.
- Promote fixed deposit and other liability products.
- Manage client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across financial products.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide market feedback and customer insights.
- Ensure proper onboarding and documentation of client.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with 3-5 years' experience in retail banking or financial services.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Experience in deposit mobilization is highly preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
