Job Description:

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for retail growth? We are seeking a dynamic Regional Manager to oversee our retail operations (sports betting) across Nigeria. If you have a data-driven mindset and a proven track record in driving performance, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

• Manage: Oversee retail operations across assigned regions.

• Drive: Spearhead shop onboarding, activation, and conversion.

• Analyze: Monitor agent performance and implement strategic growth initiatives.

• Optimize: Ensure operational compliance and execute high-impact promotional activities.

• Report: Provide actionable performance insights to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: BA/BSc/HND.

• Experience: 2–5 years in retail operations (Betting or Fintech background is a strong plus).

• Skills: Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication.

• Mindset: Data-driven, results-oriented, and capable of managing nationwide targets.
