Job Description:
- Be the voice and face of La’Realeza International Logistics, Travel & Tour. Handle client bookings, enquiries, complaints, and follow-up across phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media channels.
- Your calm, professional attitude will define how clients feel about our brand.
Requirements:
- OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal communication
- CRM tool familiarity
- Social media savvy
- Conflict resolution skills.
