Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Officer to manage our end-to-end hiring process. You will be the vital link between our organizational needs and our workforce, responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top-tier personnel for our security and operational teams. The ideal candidate will combine professional assessment skills with the ability to navigate the field, ensuring every hire meets our high standards for integrity and operational readiness.

Requirements:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the full hiring lifecycle—from sourcing and attracting candidates to screening, interviewing, and final selection.

• Verification & Compliance: Conduct rigorous checks on employment history, references, and credentials to ensure full compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Onboarding & Deployment: Coordinate seamlessly with HR and Operations teams to ensure successful onboarding and timely deployment of new hires.

• Reporting & Database Management: Maintain meticulous, confidential recruitment records and provide regular updates on hiring progress.

• Field Engagement: Utilize mobility (motorcycle) and local route knowledge to facilitate recruitment outreach, candidate verification, and field operations.

• Process Improvement: Continuously refine recruitment strategies to improve the quality of hires and the overall candidate experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: B.Sc. or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. (Prior experience in the Security Industry is a distinct advantage).

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment documentation tools.

  • Essential: Ability to ride a motorcycle and strong knowledge of local routes/geography.
