Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Recruitment Executive to anchor the talent engine of our organization. In the hyper-competitive Lagos labor market, success is defined by "Talent Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize organizational requirements with the clinical precision required for Multi-Channel Sourcing, Behavioral Screening, and End-to-End Pipeline Management. This role is designed for a "Human Capital Architect" with a Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business who can blend "Sourcing Grit" (navigating LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals) with the "Diplomatic Agility" required to coordinate with high-level Hiring Managers.

Requirements:

1. Sourcing Orchestration & Pipeline Governance
