This role is designed for a "Human Capital Architect" with a Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business who can blend "Sourcing Grit" (navigating LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals) with the "Diplomatic Agility" required to coordinate with high-level Hiring Managers.

2. Screening Resilience & Interview Logic
