Job Description:
- Follow up on delinquent public sector lean repayments and ensure timely remittance.
- Liaise with MDAs to reconcile deductions and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate loan repayment records and generate periodic reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Follow up on delayed loan repayments from government and public sector employees.
- Work with relevant government offices to confirm deductions and fix payment issues.
- Keep accurate loan repayment records and prepare regular reports.
- Contact clients via phone calls, emails, text messages to discuss due/overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans.
- Maintain accurate records of communications, payment agreement and debt statuses in databases.
- Provide assistance and guidance to clients, addressing their concerns and offering viable options to help meet their financial obligations.
Requirements:
- Excellent communications skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in debt collections or customer service roles.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
- Experience in the financial services industry will be an added advantage.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 1-3 years of experience in credit control, accounts receivables or a related role.
- Bachelors' degree in Finance or any related course
