Job Description:

The Reckitt Nigeria Management Trainee Program – Trailblazers 4.0 is designed for young, ambitious talent eager to fast-track their careers in a dynamic global organization. This accelerated development program provides hands-on exposure to end-to-end business processes through structured rotations across Commercial and Supply functions.

Requirements:

• Recent graduates (Class of 2022 – 2024) from any discipline.
• Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) or equivalent academic qualification.
• Must have completed the NYSC program by December 2025.
