Job Description:
- Promote and sell residential and commercial real estate properties.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and site inspections.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients.
- Prepare and manage sales documentation and reports.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitors, and property values.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business, Marketing, Estate Management, or related fields.
- 2–3 years of experience in real estate property sales.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.
- Familiarity with the Abuja property market is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital marketing skills is desirable.
Salary
