Job Description:

  • Promote and sell residential and commercial real estate properties.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct property viewings, presentations, and site inspections.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients.
  • Prepare and manage sales documentation and reports.
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitors, and property values.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business, Marketing, Estate Management, or related fields.
  • 2–3 years of experience in real estate property sales.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.
  • Familiarity with the Abuja property market is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital marketing skills is desirable.

Salary

N200,000 - N250,000 Month
