Job Description:
- We are seeking a results-driven Real Estate Agent (Marketer) to promote, market, and sell residential and commercial properties.
- The ideal candidate should combine strong marketing skills with a solid understanding of the Lagos real estate market to generate leads, close deals, and build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to attract buyers, renters, and investors.
- Create, manage, and optimize property listings across online platforms
- Identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and online leads.
- Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor activities, and property pricing.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with internal processes.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable track record in lead generation and sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Digital marketing skills (social media, content creation, ads) are a plus.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree
- Minimum of 2 - 5 years experience in real estate marketing, sales, or related marketing roles.
Salary
