Job Description:

We are seeking a structurally elite and analytically rigorous Quantity Surveyor to anchor the commercial and fiscal engine of our construction projects. In a high-stakes engineering landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of the project-relay and the precision of the financial-filter success is defined by "Fiscal Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize complex material/labor estimates with the clinical precision required for MEP/Structural Cost Management, Tender-Architectural Integrity, and Valuation Fidelity. This role is designed as an "Economic Launchpad" a critical mission for an expert surveyor who can blend "Engineering Grit" (mastering the complexities of construction, electrical, and plumbing costs) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Contract Administration.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Fiscal Governance

  • Sovereignty of the Estimate: Conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, labor, and time costs, acting as the primary "Source of Financial Throughput."

  • Tender Architecture: Prepare, analyze, and negotiate tenders and contracts, providing the "Structural Foundation" for project viability.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Advise on legal/contractual requirements, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Compliance" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Technical Logic

  • MEP/Structural Sovereignty: Oversee specialized cost management for construction, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services, acting as the primary "Source of Integrated Cost-Control."

  • Valuation Architecture: Value completed works and arrange timely payments, providing the "Functional Foundation" for project liquidity.

  • Project Stewardship: Support engineering and PM teams to ensure successful project implementation, maintaining the "Source of Operational Continuity."

3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power

  • Documentation Sovereignty: Maintain rigorous records and reporting systems, acting as the primary "Source of Project Intelligence."

  • Process Architecture: Utilize Construction-Management Toolkits to juggle conflicting priorities and multi-task across multiple sites, providing the "Relational Foundation" for reliable delivery.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize Analytical expertise to accelerate the "Site-Completion-to-Payment" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Project-Lifecycle Momentum."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field; Professional certification is mandatory.

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a high-intensity construction environment.

  • Technical Power: Deep understanding of MEP/Structural services, engineering drawings, and construction project management.

  • Aptitude: Exceptional analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under severe deadline pressure.

  • Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fiscal Grit: Ability to identify and resolve complex cost-overrun risks before they impact the bottom line.
