Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and technically elite Quality Manager to anchor the integrity engine of Tenaris operations in Rivers. In a specialized manufacturing landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the microscopic precision of a thread and the durability of a coating success is defined by "Quality Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize plant operations with the clinical precision required for Metrology, Metallurgical Assistance, and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT). This role is designed for a "Technical Architect" with a BA/BSc/HND and 3–5 years of experience who can blend "Industrial Grit" (overseeing laboratory testing and NDT) with the "Strategic Agility" required to serve as the Management Representative for the Quality Management System (QMS).

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Systemic Governance

• QMS Sovereignty: Oversee the communication and implementation of the Quality Management System, including certifications and audits, acting as the primary "Source of Institutional Compliance."

• Technical Architecture: Provide metallurgical assistance and validate quality requirements against customer specifications, providing the "Structural Foundation" for production cycle integrity.

• Integrity Stewardship: Serve as the management representative, reporting system performance to top management, ensuring the "Source of Continual Improvement" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Diagnostic Logic

• Validation Sovereignty: Oversee the verification of quality levels for manufactured products, acting as the primary "Source of Customer Satisfaction."

• Process Architecture: Manage Laboratory Testing and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) with millimetric focus, providing the "Functional Foundation" for defect-free output.

• HSE Stewardship: Define and implement HSE programs applicable to quality operations, maintaining the "Source of Workplace Safety and Environmental Integrity."

3. Operational Integrity & Leadership Power

• Competency Sovereignty: Proactively coach and develop staff while managing HR-related activities, acting as the primary "Source of Technical Talent Density."

• Resource Architecture: Protect facilities, equipment, and physical resources from misuse or damage, providing the "Relational Foundation" for operational longevity.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 3–5 years of industrial experience (with coating and threading advantages) to resolve quality abnormalities in time-sensitive environments, maximizing the "Source of Plant Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Relevant Technical Degree (BA/BSc/HND).

• Experience: 3 – 5 years in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

• Technical Power: Mastery of ISO Certification and Quality Management Systems.

• Added Value: Specialized knowledge in Coating and Threading is highly advantageous.

• Tech Edge: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
