Job Description:

We are seeking an Engineering Relations Specialist to bridge the gap between our internal R&D efforts and the global engineering community. This is a high-impact content execution role for a rare talent: a former engineer who has mastered the art of communication. You will embed yourself with our engineering teams to uncover the most challenging problems we’ve solved and translate them into narratives that resonate with the world’s most elite technical minds. If you can walk into a room of engineers as a peer, distill complex architecture into compelling stories, and help build our brand as a top-tier engineering organization, we want you on our team.

Requirements:

• Storytelling & Narrative: Act as the primary storyteller for our engineering department. Translate technical milestones into high-quality narratives that earn genuine respect in the global engineering community.

• Content Execution: Develop and deliver content that secures acceptance at top-tier technical conferences and attracts world-class engineering talent to our firm.

• Engineering Engagement: Work directly with our developers and R&D teams to identify "stories worth telling." Ask the right technical questions to uncover the "how" and "why" behind our infrastructure.

• Community Building: Maintain a deep understanding of what makes technical content credible, shareable, and respected, ensuring all output meets the high standards of expert engineering audiences.

• Project Management: Independently manage a robust pipeline of content projects, meeting deadlines while working in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Engineering Background: A professional background in Software Engineering or Computer Science. You have written production code and understand the day-to-day realities of high-scale engineering.

• Industry Expertise: Proven experience working in fintech, infrastructure, or high-scale engineering environments.

• Writing Excellence: Exceptional writing skills with an emphasis on clarity and precision. You can make complex technical ideas compelling without oversimplifying them.

• Proactive Instinct: The ability to spot interesting technical narratives independently. You don’t wait for assignments; you identify the cutting-edge work our teams are doing and go after the story.

• Remote Discipline: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines autonomously in a remote setting.
