Job Description:

We are looking for a highly analytical and technical QA Automation Developer to serve as the guardian of our product quality. In this specialized role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of a diverse ecosystem spanning web and mobile applications, complex n8n automation workflows, and WhatsApp Business Platform solutions. If you are a QA professional who enjoys digging into API integrations, validating automation logic, and establishing testing standards that allow for rapid but stable deployments, this is the high-impact role you have been looking for.

Requirements:

• Comprehensive Testing: Lead manual and automated testing cycles, including regression, functional, performance, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Automation Validation: Specifically validate n8n workflows, integrations, and WhatsApp chatbot logic. Ensure that automated messaging journeys are seamless, error-free, and provide an optimal user experience.

• API & System Integrity: Execute robust API and integration testing to ensure that our backend services communicate reliably.

• Defect Management: Identify, document, and track software defects with precision. Work closely with development teams to verify fixes and ensure high-quality releases.

• Strategic QA: Design comprehensive test plans and cases. Define testing standards and best practices to ensure that our quality benchmarks are consistent across all platforms.

• Collaboration: Act as a critical link between product and development teams to prevent bottlenecks and ensure code quality is baked into the development lifecycle.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: 3+ years of professional QA experience with a strong focus on both manual and automated testing.

• Specialized Knowledge: Demonstrated experience testing n8n automation workflows and WhatsApp Business Platform solutions is essential.

• Tooling Proficiency:

  • API testing experience using Postman (or similar).

  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright).

• Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
