Job Description:

We are seeking a highly analytical and process-driven Quality Assurance Manager to serve as the final authority on product excellence. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire production lifecycle, ensuring that every item leaving our facility meets the highest industry and company standards. This is a critical leadership role for an individual who is not just a gatekeeper for quality, but a proactive problem-solver who can identify inefficiencies, train production staff, and implement data-driven improvements to our manufacturing processes.

Requirements:

• Quality Strategy & Implementation: Design, implement, and oversee rigorous quality control tests, inspection methods, and evaluation procedures for both products and production equipment.

• Production Oversight: Track products through the entire manufacturing lifecycle, performing detailed inspections at critical stages to ensure each component meets established specifications.

• Performance Reporting: Collect, analyze, and summarize production data to produce actionable quality reports. Identify the root causes of defects and implement permanent corrective actions.

• Staff Leadership & Training: Lead, train, and mentor production line staff in best-in-class manufacturing practices, quality assessment techniques, and compliance standards.

• Compliance & Standards: Ensure all final products strictly adhere to industry regulations and company internal standards. Proactively eliminate sub-standard products and investigate the reasons for production failures.

• Operational Efficiency: Maintain a relentless focus on meeting production deadlines without ever compromising the quality of the output.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Proven experience in quality assurance management within a manufacturing or production environment.

• Technical Aptitude: Strong ability to interpret data, utilize statistical quality control tools, and conduct technical inspections of equipment and finished goods.

• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage and train cross-functional production teams.

• Analytical Rigor: Excellent reporting skills, with the ability to summarize complex production issues into clear, actionable recommendations for management.
