Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, results-driven Property Manager to join our team in Lekki. In this critical role, you will be the face of our operations, responsible for maintaining high property standards, fostering excellent tenant relationships, and ensuring the financial health of our real estate portfolio.

Requirements:
Operations & Facility Management
Property Oversight: Direct all property management operations, ensuring that facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
Vendor & Artisan Supervision: Manage a network of vendors and artisans, overseeing repairs and maintenance to ensure work is completed on time and to specification.
Operational Efficiency: Streamline daily workflows to ensure the smooth operation of properties in a fast-paced Lekki market environment.
Tenant & Financial Management
Tenant Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, resolving issues quickly and effectively to maintain high retention rates.
Financial Administration: Handle rent structuring, service charge administration, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Revenue Collection: Monitor rent collection processes, track arrears, and proactively follow up on outstanding payments to ensure steady cash flow.
Leadership & Strategy
Negotiation: Leverage strong negotiation skills to manage vendor contracts and resolve tenant disputes.
Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other internal departments to uphold company standards and achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: Proven experience in property management or a related real estate role.
Financial Acumen: Strong ability to manage service charges, rent collections, and arrears tracking.
Technical Skills: * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel for tracking, Word for communication).
Familiarity with property management software is a plus.
Core Competencies:
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, essential for dealing with high-profile tenants and vendors.
Negotiation: A firm, fair, and effective negotiator.
Leadership: Ability to lead teams and manage external contractors effectively.
