Job Description:

• You'll manage multiple projects, ensure alignment with company goals, and drive results through strong stakeholder management and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycles, timelines, and deliverables
• Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders and provide direction to team leads
• Standardize workflows to drive efficiency and productivity
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and dependencies
• Ensure deliverables meet company standards and requirements
• Foster a collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Program/Project Management
• Proven track record managing cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, etc.)
• Exceptional communication skills
• Flexible schedule to accommodate team needs.

Preferred:

• PMP or Prince2 Certification.
