You will be the primary driver of project success, responsible for ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of client satisfaction. Requirements:

• Project Leadership: Own the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.

• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the central point of contact for all project stakeholders, managing communications, expectations, and conflicts effectively.

• Profitability Management: Monitor project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure maximum cost-efficiency and project profitability.

• Team Coordination: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve collective goals.

• Client Satisfaction: Ensure that every project not only meets its technical requirements but also delivers exceptional value and satisfaction to the client.

• Operational Excellence: Implement disciplined planning and scheduling processes to drive projects forward in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Diploma or Degree at NQF Level 7.

• Experience: 6–8 years of dedicated project management experience.

  • Industry Advantage: Exposure to the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector is highly advantageous.
