Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and professional Production Assistant / Outlet Attendant to join our team in Bodija. In the fast-paced food and beverage industry, success is defined by "Operational Consistency", the ability to prepare high-quality orders while maintaining a sterile and organized environment. This role is designed for a "Service Professional", an individual with an NCE, OND, or HND qualification who can blend "Culinary Grit" with the interpersonal skills required to represent the brand to our customers.

Your mission is to ensure "Zero-Defect Order Fulfillment and Superior Hygiene Standards." You will be a key driver of our outlet's daily performance: responsible for accurate order preparation, meticulous stock monitoring, and the rigorous upkeep of food safety protocols. Requirements:

1. Order Execution & Culinary Precision

• Order Preparation: Execute the preparation of customer orders with speed and accuracy, ensuring every item meets the company's quality and taste benchmarks.

• Safety & Hygiene Compliance: Strictly adhere to all company safety and hygiene requirements to prevent cross-contamination and ensure food safety.

• Workstation Stewardship: Maintain a sanitized food preparation area, performing regular cleaning cycles to uphold high health standards.

2. Stock Intelligence & Inventory Support

• Supply Monitoring: Assist in daily stock-taking, identifying low inventory levels and proactively informing the supervisor to prevent "stock-outs."

• Resource Optimization: Handle raw materials and supplies efficiently to minimize waste and support the outlet’s cost-management goals.

• Deliverable Tracking: Ensure all items used in production are accounted for during shift handovers.

3. Professional Service & Guest Interaction

• Professional Presence: Maintain a neat and presentable appearance at all times, serving as a positive face for the brand.

• Polite Engagement: Interact with customers professionally and politely when necessary, resolving minor inquiries with a "customer-first" attitude.

• Team Collaboration: Work reliably and efficiently alongside other team members to manage peak service hours without compromising on quality.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Interested candidates should possess an NCE, OND, or HND qualification.

• Experience: Relevant work experience in a kitchen, bakery, or retail outlet environment is preferred.
