Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and commercially elite Procurement Executive to anchor the supply chain engine of our Ajah-based operations. In the specialized landscape of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) portfolios and e-commerce logistics, success is defined by "Supply Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex installation requirements with the clinical precision required for OEM Relationship Development, Freight Forwarding, and ISO-Compliant Procurement. This role is designed for a "Success Architect" with 5 years of experience who can blend "Technical Grit" (managing sea and air cargo clearing) with the "Strategic Agility" required to lead high-value contract negotiations and manage an active E-Shop inventory.

Requirements:

1. Strategic Orchestration & E-Commerce Governance

• Portfolio Sovereignty: Develop and implement procurement strategies for HSE commodities with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Best-Value Acquisition."

• E-Shop Architecture: Manage inventory levels and delivery tracking for the online store, providing the "Digital Foundation" for retail throughput.

• Integrity Stewardship: Ensure all activities align with ISO 9001:2015 standards, ensuring the "Source of Quality Management" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Global Logistics Logic

• Logistics Sovereignty: Oversee freight cost estimation and liaise with clearing agents for sea and air cargo, acting as the primary "Source of Seamless Inbound Supply."

• Negotiation Architecture: Lead complex, high-value contract discussions and manage vendor payment obligations, providing the "Functional Foundation" for fiscal trust.

• Safety Stewardship: Promote zero-accident awareness among vendors and supply chain staff, maintaining the "Source of Operational Security."

3. Operational Integrity & Interface Power

• Relationship Sovereignty: Manage a diverse horde of suppliers and maintain pro-active customer relationships, acting as the primary "Source of Collaborative Synergy."

• System Architecture: Utilize CRM-ERP tools for all contracting and procurement transactions, providing the "Data Foundation" for accurate reporting.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 5 years of HSE sector expertise to prioritize deadlines and resolve clearing hurdles in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Project Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Degree or HND in Engineering, Purchasing & Supplies, or Supply Chain Management.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Purchasing/Supplies, specifically within the HSE portfolio.

• Mobility: Must be able to accommodate 50% travel time; proximity to Ajah is preferred.

• Certification: HSE Qualification is a distinct added advantage.
