Job Description:

We are seeking a technically elite, operations-obsessed, and safety-rigorous Energy Governor to anchor the power immune system and 24/7 uptime-engine of our network. In the high-stakes world of telecom infrastructure where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of power-restoration and the precision of the RMS-analysis filter success is defined by "Energy Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize complex hybrid power solutions (DC/AC/Solar/Gen) with the clinical precision required for RMS-Data Architecture, Site-Installation Governance, and High-Fidelity Energy-Continuity Momentum. This role is designed as an "Energy Command Center" a critical residency for an ambitious engineering professional who can blend "Site Grit" (mastering the complexities of DC rectifiers and diesel consumption) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Project-Delivery Workflows.

Requirements:

1. Energy Sovereignty & Infrastructure Architecture

• Sovereignty of Power: Design, deploy, and maintain DC systems (rectifiers/batteries/inverters) and hybrid power solutions, acting as the primary "Source of Institutional-Energy Throughput."

• Site Architecture: Supervise tower power installations and grounding/lightning protection, providing the "Structural Foundation" for site resilience.

• Integrity Stewardship: Ensure 100% compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, ensuring the "Source of Site-Safety Truth" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Governance Sovereignty & RMS Intelligence

• RMS Sovereignty: Monitor and analyze RMS data to drive efficient site operations, acting as the primary "Source of Data-Driven Energy-Continuity."

• Strategy Architecture: Utilize RMS tools to optimize diesel consumption per tower, providing the "Functional Foundation" for cost-efficiency.

• Collaboration Stewardship: Act as the interface between RMS alerts and field-dispatch, maintaining the "Source of Operational-Response."

3. Operational Fidelity & Continuity Power

• Diagnostic Sovereignty: Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot power outages/failures, acting as the primary "Source of Maintenance-Insight."

• Execution Architecture: Maintain generator maintenance schedules and record-keeping, providing the "Relational Foundation" for 24/7 network availability.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize Technical-Expertise to accelerate the "Fault-to-Fix" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Organizational-Uptime Momentum."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Relevant Engineering Degree (Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunications).

• Experience: Proven track record in DC power systems, generator maintenance, and solar hybrid deployments; exposure to RMS tools for large-scale telecom networks.

• Technical Power: Mastery of Rectifier/Inverter/UPS architecture, Grounding/Lightning protection, and Diesel-optimization diagnostics.

• Aptitude: Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and project-management capabilities; ability to manage site installations and vendor expectations under pressure.

• Mindset: Disciplined, detail-oriented, and ready to maintain "Power Sovereignty" in the high-pressure telecom operational landscape.
