Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Photographer / Videographer to anchor the visual engine of our organization. In the premium real estate landscape of Lekki and Greater Lagos, success is defined by "Visual Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize architectural aesthetics with the clinical precision required for High-Fidelity Cinematography, Aerial/Site Documentation, and Post-Production Mastery. This role is designed for a "Narrative Architect" who can blend "Creative Grit" (capturing the soul of a property) with the "Technical Agility" required to produce platform-optimized content for Social Media and Customer Presentations.

Requirements:

1. Production Orchestration & Asset Governance

• Capture Sovereignty: Capture high-quality photos and videos of our properties and project sites, ensuring every frame acts as a "Source of Investment Appeal."

• Site Architecture: Execute occasional assignments at various company locations with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Project Progress Documentation."

• Stewardship Logic: Manage and maintain all organization-provided instruments and equipment, providing the "Technical Foundation" for consistent production quality.

2. Post-Production Resilience & Engagement Logic

• Editing Sovereignty: Transform raw footage into engaging video content for marketing and promotional use, acting as the primary "Source of Audience Conversion."

• Social Architecture: Produce content specifically tailored for social media algorithms and high-stakes customer presentations, ensuring "Zero-Friction" in brand engagement.

• Narrative Stewardship: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align visual outputs with strategic campaign goals, maintaining the "Source of Brand Voice."

3. Performance Integrity & Creative Power

• Composition Sovereignty: Apply elite principles of lighting, framing, and color grading to bring real estate projects to life with clinical focus.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: Proven track record as a Photographer and Videographer, ideally with a portfolio in Real Estate, Architecture, or Luxury Brands.

• Technical Mastery: Strong working knowledge of Professional Cameras, Lighting, and Audio equipment.

• Software Proficiency: Elite-level skills in editing suites such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Lightroom/Photoshop.
