Job Description:
- The People & Culture Manager is responsible for driving the people strategy across the organization by designing and implementing initiatives that foster a high-performing, values-driven, and inclusive culture.
- The role balances strategy and execution covering talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, performance management, learning, and HR operations.
- The ideal candidate is both a strategic business partner and a culture champion, ensuring that people practices not only meet business needs but also reinforce the company’s identity, growth, and purpose.
Responsibilities
Talent Management & Workforce Planning:
- Lead end-to-end talent management including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning.
- Partner with department heads to anticipate and plan for future talent needs aligned with business strategy.
- Drive internal mobility and career development programs that build bench strength across teams.
Performance Management & Development:
- Manage the annual performance review process, integrating SMART goal-setting and continuous feedback.
- Introduce coaching frameworks and development plans to grow emerging leaders.
- Champion the use of data and feedback to improve performance outcomes and accountability.
Employee Experience & Engagement:
- Design and implement engagement strategies that promote belonging, recognition, and team alignment.
- Conduct periodic pulse surveys and translate insights into actionable improvement plans.
- Curate culture-driven events, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives.
Learning & Development:
- Develop and oversee the company’s Learning Agenda (technical, behavioral, and leadership).
- Partner with external trainers or institutions to deliver impactful learning programs.
- Track learning ROI and its contribution to performance improvement and retention.
Culture, Values & Change Management:
- Be the custodian of company culture — integrating values into onboarding, leadership, and day-to-day operations.
- Support organizational transformation initiatives, ensuring communication and employee buy-in.
- Build leadership capacity to model the company’s vision, culture, and values.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Oversee HR processes including contracts, policies, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HMO, pensions, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate HR data and analytics for decision-making and reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related discipline.
- 8 – 10 years’ HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Experience in experiential marketing, FMCG, fintech, or a dynamic service-driven industry is an advantage.
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) preferred.
